Appartment 2

Apartment 2 is on the first floor.

With very large spaces,  it consists of a large room, incorporating a lounge, separate WC, an American kitchen with a balcony at one end, and two large windows opening on to a patio at the other extremity. A beautiful bedroom and a large bathroom, shower,  separate toilet. A small bedroom with shower and sink.

The top of the range equipment consists of:

  • Fully equipped kitchen with 4 mixed induction and radiant  hot plates

  • Large refrigerator / freezer
  • Microwave ovens
  • Dishwasher
  • Kitchen utensils as well as plates, knives and forks for 8 people

The large bedroom has:
  • A bed for two people
  • A large cupboard

  • A large ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC

The small bedroom has 2 single beds. The sheets and duvets as well as the bath and beach towels are supplied. The bedrooms are heated and air conditioned. Heating is provided in the living room for winter periods with  fans for the summer heat. TAll the bays and windows are tinted double glazing and have electric rolling shutters.
The opening of the main entry door as well as the apartment is by code. There is also a video door surveillance. The apartment has 1 Mb ADSL internet access.
The supply of a telephone is possible at a supplementary charge.

The sea is 300m away, the market 400m.  The apartment has a supervised garage space, near the market. Don’t forget that the village is pedestrianized but one can come to unload one’s things and large shopping.

Correct capacity is 4 persons, up to 6 are possible.
